We recommend keeping your criteria as flexible as possible—the more specific the request, the fewer matches there may be. If your search returns fewer than 10 properties, we’ll notify you and give you the opportunity to adjust your criteria and receive a new list.

If you decide to move forward with viewing any of the properties from your Property Search Listing, a brief virtual meeting is required beforehand.

During this meeting, we will cover:

• Broker Agreement: This must be signed prior to scheduling any showings.

• Commission Fee: A flat commission fee will be due within 72 hours after a lease has been signed and executed.

• Property Selection: We'll review the addresses you're interested in and confirm the maximum number of showings allowed.

• Scheduling: We'll discuss your availability to view properties and coordinate showing times accordingly.

• Application Process: We'll go over the criteria for submitting a rental application to ensure you're fully prepared.
