Rental Finder Service: A Streamlined Path to Your Next Home

Begin your focused rental search with our dedicated service. To ensure we provide committed, efficient support to every client, the process begins with a one-time service fee.

Step 1: Secure Your Personalized Service
Choose the search package that fits your needs to activate your dedicated rental service.

Standard Search Package
A non-refundable service fee of $99 is required to activate your personalized property search. This fee covers the dedicated time and expertise required to conduct your customized search and coordinate viewings, and includes:

  • A curated list of up to 50 rental properties that match your profile.

  • Access to schedule up to 5 property viewings within 21 days of payment.

Enhanced Viewing Package
For clients who wish to view more options, our enhanced package provides greater flexibility. For an additional $75, you can add:

  • 10 extra property viewings (for a total of 15 viewings within the 21-day period)

 

Step 2: Schedule Your Strategy Session
Upon successful payment, you will be prompted to schedule your initial virtual consultation. In this meeting, we will:

  • Discuss your specific needs, budget, and timeline in detail.

  • Finalize your search criteria.

  • Begin scheduling your property viewings.

 

Step 3: Receive Your Custom Property List & Schedule Tours
Following our consultation, you will promptly receive your curated property list based on your chosen package.

Please Note: All scheduled property viewings are conducted Monday through Friday during standard business hours. We will coordinate available times that work for your schedule within this window.

Search Tip: For the best results, we recommend keeping your criteria flexible. If your initial search yields fewer than 10 properties, we will notify you and work together to adjust the parameters for a new list.

 

Step 4: Get Expert Application Support
When you find the right property, our team facilitates the application process. We help you complete forms, compile necessary documents (ID, proof of income, etc.), and ensure your submission is complete and professional for a smooth landlord review.
